TVQ Duty rooms

This is a notice of proposed contract action, SWFLANT Kings Bay GA intends to award a firm fixed price (FFP), on or about 09 February 2026 for temporary berthing duty rooms in support of operations and security requirements. This action will be solicited as a sole source requirement to Navy Exchange Service Command, 3280 Virginia Beach Blvd., Virginia Beach, VA 23452-5724, in accordance with FAR 13.106(b)(1)(i) as the Navy Exchange Service Command is the only vendor who can provide the service that meets Strategic Weapons Facility, Atlantic (SWFLANT) requirements.
