The U.S. Government is seeking a full service lease for retail office space with the following requirements: A minimum of 4800 rentable square feet (RSF) and a maximum of 6200 RSF of retail office space for a U.S. Armed Forces Career Center. Total initial lease term shall not equal or exceed five (5) years. Located within a defined delineated area in Sandy/Draper, UT, specifically at N: 9400 S, S: 13800 S, E: 1300 E, W: I15. Designated on-site parking for up to 17 (severteen) government vehicles must be provided on a 24 hours 7 day a week basis. Offered space must meet Government requirements per the terms of the Government Lease.
