U008-Performance Improvement Management System (PIMS) | Special Notice | Intent to Sole Source

Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Network Contracting Office 5 intends to solicit from a single source for the purchase of Performance Improvement Management System (PIMS) services from Oak Ridge Associated Universities, Incorporated (SAM UEI: JW7MLW3RRK34). Under the contemplated contract, the vendor will provide for VA-wide access and online management of key emergency preparedness and response modules to support the development and execution of exercises, inspections, performance assessments, fiscal accounting, and personnel deployments.
