USCG Special Notice -Heuristic Management Systems Inc. Services

In accordance RFO FAR 5.101, this is a notification of a proposed contract action to Heuristic Management Systems Inc. The United States Coast Guard (USCG) intends to solicit and award on a sole source basis under the authority of RFO FAR 12.102 (a) to Heuristic Management Systems Inc., 189 Hymus Blvd., Unit 402, Pointe Claire, QC, Canada, H9R 1E9. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) - only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Interested vendors may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified parties on or before 1:00 PM ET on 13 March
