Pre-solicitation Synopsis The U.S. Army Corps of Engineer (USACE) Portland District intends to solicit construction firms who are interested in submitting a competitive firm-fixed-price proposal for this project. This PRESOLICITATION announcement is for the construction/modification of the Veterans Affairs Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center and Clinics (SORCC) Seismic Upgrades located in White City, OR. Note, previous Notice IDs for this project on SAM.gov include W9127N25RA034 and W9127N25R0008.
