X-Ray Machine Maintenance

The core requirement under this contract is for maintenance, hardware support of the HI-SCAN6040i system and real-time remote interpretation of x-ray images by certified explosive detection technicians through continuous operations and specialized threat-assessment protocols. While some resellers offer general support for the HI-SCAN system, they do not provide remote image interpretation nor do they have Department of Homeland Security (DHS) SAFETY Act designation for such services.
