The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease approximately 5,400 RSF clinical space in Sarasota, Florida for use by VA personnel, furnishings, and equipment for the Sarasota Veteran Center Readjustment Counseling Service. Thirty (30) parking spaces are required. A lease up to 20 Years/ 5 years firm will be considered. The space must be ready for occupancy no later than October 6th, 2026. The lease space must be fully serviced to include all utilities, landscaping, trash removal, and janitorial services.
