10th SFG (A) Cooks Augmentation Services LaRochelle Dining Facility: Fort Carson, CO(1) Type II Cook (Supervisor) and (7) Type I Cook (Line Cooks). LaRochelle Dining Facility is chronically understaffed due to 92G (Culinary Specialists) manning shortages. Due to this, the DFAC is opting to augment with cook civilian professionals. The augmentation of personnel will allow the DFAC to remain fully staffed and will allow the 92G population the time to prioritize their warfighting function and administrative duties. The contractor shall provide a total of seven (7) Cooks Type I (Line cooks) and one (1) Type II Cook (Supervisor).
