1. Provide your quotation in two parts: PART I (Non-price factors) PART II (Pricing Proposal). All proposals documents shall be provided in pdf format. No other formatting limitations exist. 2. Send quotation to scott_voigt@ios.doi.gov no later than the suspense date. Late quotes will not be considered. 3. Questions are to be submitted to scott_voigt@ios.doi.gov within seven calendar days of the issuance of the original solicitation.
