Vendors must be a SBA certified SDVOSB to qualify for this solicitation. Please refer to attachment for full details. The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to provide (deliver, put in place, service, and remove) portable restrooms at different spots located on: Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, TX 75211.
