Description
NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE This synopsis/notice of intent to sole source is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 5.101 and 12.102. This notice advises the Government intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to only one source, Amron, International, under the authority of RFO 12.201-1 and 41 U.S.C. 1901. This procurement is completed by the Department of the Interior (DOI), Interior Business Center (IBC), Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD), a federal shared services provider, on behalf of the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA).
