PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE VHA RPOE Network Contracting Office 1 (NCO1) New England publishes this Pre-Solicitation Notice of intent to solicit solely between the authorized distributors of Fujifilm Sonosite, the OEM, (UEI: GL33N7Y7WX98). This is not a solicitation.
