THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) The Biotechnology Core Facility Branch (BCFB) within the Division of Core Laboratory and Scientific Resources (DCLSR) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order to Agilent Technoligies Inc. 2850 Centerville RD Wilmington, Delaware 19808. Under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The purpose of this procurement is procure a service agreement with Agilent for preventative maintenance on the Oligo Pro II. The contractor shall provide annual preventative maintenance services on the following system Agilent Oligo Pro II system 21033_1
