The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Baltimore District is planning the re-procurement of an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) single-award delivery-order contract for ALUM (ALUMINUM SULFATE) and POLYALUMINUM CHLORIDE (POLYALUMINUM HYDROXYCHLOROSULFATE) for the Washington Aqueduct Division (WAD) in Washington, D.C. Attached is a draft statement of work (SOW).The Washington Aqueduct supplies potable water to approximately one million people in the District of Columbia and Northern Virginia.
