Description
The purpose of this award synopsis is to post the DHA Multiple Blood Products Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) JA26-0618 Redacted for the following requirement: This 3-year BOA is for procurement of blood products during contigency operations. Once the BOA is in place, delivery orders will be issued against the BOA when/or if the ASBPD has an urgent need to surge blood supply to meet Combatant Command requirements. A need to surge blood supply could occur during local or global health pandemics, humanitarian efforts, natural disasters, anti-terrorism events, war, or any other military operaiton or deployment where blood support is needed. The Contingency Blood Program Progam is a Special Interest Item for the Office of the Joinst Staff Surgeon and ASBPD. To address this Special Interest Item
