This is a special notice of intent to award a sole source contract for comprehensive maintenance and support for two (2) Astronics, Pinpoint II PCB Test Systems (P/N: P2R-14, serial numbers DIAG/55347 and DIAG/579) located at Ellsworth AFB. Applicability of Authority: The 28th Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Astronics Test Systems, INC., 12700 Ingenuity Dr., Orlando, FL 32826-2752.
