Description

The work includes replacing the existing pool supply and return plumbing with a new overflow gutter system and sealing all legacy penetrations to restore watertight integrity. It also includes replacing damaged electrical conduits and wiring beneath the excavated deck, along with additional conduit, conductors, CPVC piping, and chemical house conduits as required. The existing sand filters will be replaced with a new in-ground horizontal filtration system, and a new chemical house exhaust fan will be installed. Electrical upgrades include replacing and relocating the main panel and the pool pump motor disconnect.
