The BRK facilities, 1-25 are two story structures that are approximately 28-7 in height and approximately 97-4 in width, with metal siding and roofing panels. There is an attached pressure-treated deck providing entrance to the first level, which contains a laundry room, two kitchenettes, two bathrooms, six bedrooms, stairwell and a concrete slab on grade mechanical room with exterior access only.
