Description
There will be an organized pre-bid site visit conducted for this project on 03/25/2026 at 11:00 am CT. Attendees will meet at the Biloxi National Cemetery Administration Building located at 400 Veterans Avenue, Biloxi, MS 39531. Interested offerors should notify the Contracting Officer, Daniel Kinney, if they plan on attending via email at daniel.kinney@va.gov no later than 03/20/2026 The full solicitation for this project is anticipated be released on or about 03/15/2026 unless additional notice is given.
