Restore approximately 29 miles of the non-wilderness portion of the Black Creek Trail Restoration Project (BCT) to standard hiking trail width (60 inches), using mechanical and manual methods as described in the attachments. Period of Performance: 10/05/2026 to 12/30/2026 This is a new requirement there is no incumbent. No site visit is scheduled. Trail is open to the public. It is recommended that potential offerors visit the trail to fully understand the requirement. Evaluation Factors: Price (Completed SF 1449), Technical Proposal, Past Performance Evaluation Method The Government will evaluate quotations based on the lowest price technically acceptable criteria.
