Description
The intent of this project is to replace the underground jet fuel storage tank at the B-175 Jet Engine Test Cell with a new, double-wall, aboveground storage tank. Specific methods shall be as described below. Work Requirements: a. Construction: 1. Install new concrete pad, tank footings, and containment curb in accordance with the drawing requirements including piping and conduit penetrations. 2. Install a new 20,000 gallon factory fabricated, double wall, protected, above-ground jet fuel storage tank including platform and stairway as indicated on the drawing. 3. Install new concrete fuel pipe trench with traffic rated grating as indicated on the drawing. 4. Install new electrical pull boxes, concrete ductbank, and conduits as indicated on the drawing. 5.
