Description

This action was awarded as an 8(a) Sole Source Set-Aside under the authority of section 8(a) of the Small Business Act. The contractor shall furnish all parts, material, labor, equipment and supervision necessary to complete the work for Building 37000 Plant 1 Repair Restrooms. Contractor must remove and dispose of existing flooring. (Abatement TBD) Clean, degrease, and prep slab to received new epoxy flooring. Contractor must remove and dispose of existing fixtures. Preserve existing wall tiles and ceiling grid/lighting. Contractor must demolish existing partition wall. Salvage all three (3) existing doors in room P2. Contractor must remove and dispose of existing kitchenette. Existing plumbing lines must be capped. Construction Contractor must provide and install four (4) new water close
