This action was awarded as an 8(a) Sole Source Set-Aside under the authority of section 8(a) of the Small Business Act. The contractor shall furnish all parts, material, labor, equipment and supervision necessary to complete the work for Building 463 Breakroom Renovation and Entry Repair Demolition Contractor must remove existing flooring and rubber wall base. Contractor must remove existing casework and countertop. Contractor must remove existing plumbing fixtures and refrigerator. Contractor must remove existing picnic tables and salvage for reinstallation. Contractor must remove existing cracked and buckled concrete pads and sidewalks.
