Building 66017 Repair Restrooms at KAFB

This action was awarded as an 8(a) Sole Source Set-Aside under the authority of section 8(a) of the Small Business Act. The contractor shall furnish all parts, material, labor, equipment and supervision necessary to complete the work for Building 66017 Repair Restrooms. Demolition Contractor must remove and dispose of existing ceiling grid, ceiling tiles, gyp ceilings, light fixtures, and mechanical diffusers and grills within scope of work boundary. (Approx. 150 Sq. Ft.) Contractor must remove and dispose of existing restroom plumbing fixtures within SOW boundary. Contractor must remove and dispose of existing restroom walls within SOW boundary.
