This is a competitive 100% Small Business Set-aside Invitation for Bid (IFB) related to the Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Desert Southwest (DSW) Region, Phoenix Location, Building F Renovations. The acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 236210, Industrial Building Construction with a size standard of $45 million. This acquisition will be handled as an IFB and prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 14 and 36. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated. The project magnitude is estimated to be between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Place of performance will be at WAPA, DSW, 615 S 43rd Ave, Phoenix, Arizona in Maricopa County. This construction project consists of furnishing all labor, su
