Synopsis: PROJECT TITLE: Pre-Solicitation Notice for Project 657A4-26-105 - Repair Boiler Plant Drainline, John J. Pershing VA Medical Center VAMC, Poplar Bluff, Missouri. CONTRACT INFORMATION a.
