CAC Workforce Diagnostic Assessment

The Contractor will implement and execute the digital surveys to the workforce. The Contractor will gather, aggregate, and parse the data for incorporation into its final reporting products. Concurrently, the Contractor will also send personnel to Ft Leavenworth to conduct in-person and group interviews of CAC personnel. The in-person interviews will gather significant volumes of data across a wide spectrum of data relative to workplace and workforce tasks, duties, and functions. The Contractor will then produce a final diagnostic reporting product that they will brief to CAC command, highlighting areas of concern and making recommendations for change implementation to facilitate the commands ability to achieve more optimally aligned, effective, and efficient workforce.
