This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. The intent of this pre-solicitation synopsis is to notify potential offerors of the upcoming solicitation N40085-26-R-0214 Construction of Fire Protection System at Building C2. The proposed contract action to perform construction services for the installation of a fire protection system, including sprinklers and fire alarm at Building C2, Naval Weapons Station Earle, Colts Neck and Leonardo, New Jersey. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to perform the work including the removal and replacement of the existing fire alarm systems
