Notice of Intent for Stamford Hurricane Barrier Control Systems Replacement Rockwell Automation Under the authority of RFO 6.103-1, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to require, on a sole source basis, the purchase and installation of the control system hardware and proprietary programming software to Rockwell Automation for the upcoming Stamford Hurricane Barrier Control System Replacement project.
