Description
Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC), Millington, TN, a Nonappropriated Fund Instrumentality (NAFI) of the Federal Government intends to negotiate and award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract with a base period (12 months) and 3 option years to The Council of State Government, 1776 Avenue of The States, Lexington, KY 40511.This requirement is to support the development, enactment, and operationalizing of interstate occupational licensure compacts to address the multistate professional licensing issues impacting military members and spouses in state licensed occupations.
