West Yellowstone Fire Center Roofing Replacement Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Scope of Contract. The intent of the contract is to provide a complete project as described in the contract. Unless otherwise provided, furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies to perform all work required to complete the project. The contractor shall be responsible for all building measurements to determine necessary quantities and sizes of material to be supplied. The building measurement is for bidding purposes only.
