THE OFFER DUE DATE IS ON OR ABOUT AUGUST 28, 2026 (SEE SOLICITATION FOR ACTUAL OFFER DUE DATE). THE SOLICITATION WILL INSTRUCT HOW TO OBTAIN DRAWINGS.
