The purpose of this Amendment is to: 1. include the clause: "RFO 52.232-18 Availability of Funds. 2. To include the Proposal Validity date of 31 December 2026. Offers must be valid through 31 December 2026 for Government acceptance. Offers not valid through 31 December 2026 shall be rejected. 3. All other conditions remain unchanged.
