Description
This actions serves to provide the justification for the award of a modification to increase the maximum value of Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Job Order Contract (JOC), contract N33191-20-D-0811 by $9,577,700 from $75,000,000 to $84,577,700 to maintain uninterrupted construction capability at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti utilizing the statutory authority provided for in 10 U.S.C 3204(a)(1).
