Entitlements and Benefits (EnB) manages applications supporting real-time determination of eligibility for Department of Defense (DoD) entitlements and benefits, including medical, dental, life insurance, education, and commissary programs, as well as Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) activities such as Exchange privileges and recreational activities.
