This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Solicitation number 1240LS26Q0034 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the purchase, delivery, and spread of dust abatement materials on the designated road segments located on Salmon-Challis National Forest. Acceptable products are: Magnesium Chloride brine (min. 31% salt by wt.). Dry formulations (flake or prill) may be substituted as noted in the project description provided quantities offered yield equivelent salt values as the brine products.
