The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) hereby issues this Request for Proposal (RFP) for Region 2 Building C-54 at Naval Weapon Station Earle in New Jersey Comprehensive Facility Upgrades. The upgrades will enhance safety, accessibility, operational reliability, and compliance with all applicable standards to support FEMAs mission requirements.
