The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Region 6, is issuing Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 70FBR626R00000016 for the FEMA Region 6 Federal Regional Center (FRC) Ground Level HVAC and Roof Replacement project located at 800 N.
