The central aim of this acquisition initiative is the design and implementation of a hybrid solar system in the Office of Immigration Assistance located on the border of Valle Nuevo, Jutiapa, to guarantee operational continuity, energy efficiency and institutional sustainability in a strategic installation of the Government of Guatemala, that fulfill or exceed the requirements of the statement of work (SOW) detailed in this document.
