THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. PURSUANT TO REVOLUTIONARY FAR OVERHAUL (RFO) 5.101(a), THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENTS INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD TO STRYDER CORP. (HANDSHAKE) FOR AN ENTERPRISE HANDSHAKE PREMIUM SAAS SUBSCRIPTION The Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD), on behalf of the Human Resources Directorate (HRD), intends to perform a sole source award to Stryder Corp. (Handshake) for an enterprise Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscription to Handshake Premium. The HRD requires an enterprise talent acquisition and digital recruitment platform to execute centralized early-career sourcing, targeted outreach, and strategic recruiting campaigns across national higher-education networks in support of select Department of Defense/War Components
