Description
The MCIEast Cherry Point Satellite Contracting Office, Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS), Cherry Point, NC 28533, hereby gives notice of their intent to award a purchase order to Integrated Technologies Group, Inc., (ITG) on a sole source basis in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart FAR 6.103-1, only one source reasonably available and no other supplies will satisfy agency requirements. This procurement is for the repair of an AV/VTC system. The applicable NAICS for this requirement is 811210 per the Performance Work Statement. ITG, is the sole provider of the requested services due to custom programming and they hold the uncompiled source code.
