Description
The Treasury Common Services Center (TCSC) on behalf of the Department of the Treasury (Treasury), Office of International Affairs (IA) in Washington, D.C. intends to contract with the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Secretariat, 2, rue Andr Pascal, 75016 Paris, France, on a sole source basis for an OECD Work Programme based upon the OECD 2009 Recommendation of the Council on Guidelines for Recipient Country Investment Policies relating to National Security (the 2009 Guidelines). The Work Programme would include two (2) workstreams: the first to develop a compendium of good practices and the second to develop an actionable toolkit for governments seeking to establish or strengthen their investment security frameworks.
