Description
The purpose of this announcment is to post the J&A on www.sam.gov for increasing the maximum value (ceiling) of the Mulitple Award Construction Contract (MACC) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quanity (IDIQ) by $23 million, from $75 million to $98 million. Note that this posting is NOT a request for proposals or quotes, but rather a synopsis of a modification to a current IDIQ under the authority cited due to " 6.302-1 - 10 USC 3204(a)(1), Only One Responsible Source - No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The synopsis is being posted as a matter of transparency and due diligence. The ceiling increase to the existing MACC IDIQ contracts that is explained and justified in the J&A attached to this announcement is considered, in-scope modification.
