This Class Justification and Approval (CJ&A) authorizes and approves the use of brand name commercial equipment from Monaco Enterprises, Inc. (Monaco) for radio frequency fire alarm system at Joint Expeditionary Base Fort Story-Little Creek (referred to in this document as the Installation).
