Description
The Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) has issued a SINGLE SOURCE JUSTIFICATION UNDER THE SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION THRESHOLD (SAT) PURSUANT TO FAR 13.106-l(b)(l) The requirement was to provide legal services from Squire Patton Boggs (SPB) for a period of one (1) year for Bratislava New Embassy Compound (NEC) site acquisition at the request of the Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) in Bratislava, Solvakia. Total estimated dollar value for the entire period is $ 85,000. These supplies/services require that legal services be supplied to support the site acquisition for OBO and the Department.
