Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital (MVH) located in Madison, WI. Contractor shall provide services that include, but are not limited to, sharpening, adjusting, aligning, straightening, refurbishing, calibrating, cleaning, extensive stain removal, polishing, lubricating, adjusting, laser etching, and replacing parts of various individual surgical instruments sets and operating room (OR) procedural instrument trays.
