Special Notice NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 6 intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price, contract to Iridex Corporation for Maintenance of the Iridex Ophthalmic Lasers already located at the Hampton VA Medical Center located at 100 Emancipation Drive, Hampton, VA 23667.
