Special Notice Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Procurement The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17, for the South Texas Veterans Health Care System (STVHCS), 7400 Merton Minter Blvd. San Antonio, TX 78229 intends to issue a sole source award to Advanced Instruments, LLC 2 Technology Way, Ste. 288, Norwood, MA 02062. This procurement action requires contractor to provide OSMO Service for the STVHCS.
