Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition DMC Construction MATOC Ceiling Increase The 414th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB), Regional Contracting Office (RCO), Vicenza, Italy, increases the maximum value of the existing Darby Military Community (DMC) Construction Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) comprised of four (4) Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts: W912PF24D0010, W912PF24D0011, W912PF24D0012, W912PF24D0013. Pursuant to the requirements of the Competition in Contracting Act (CICA) as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.3 and in accordance with the requirements of FAR 6.303-1, the justification for the use of the statutory authority under FAR Subpart 6.3 is supported by the facts and rationale required under FA
