Description
The U.S. Department of Commerce, National Institute of Standards and Technology intends to competitively solicit offers on a full and open competition basis for large-tier construction services for the NIST campus in Gaithersburg, Maryland. This is a new requirement; there is no incumbent contractor. The solicitation will result in one or more Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts that include a 5-year ordering period. During the term of the contract(s), the Government shall place orders totaling a minimum of $5,000. The amount of all orders shall not exceed $73,788,828 for all task orders among all awardees, combined.
